Step 4.  An email confirmation of registration and online course access information will be sent after you have been enrolled in the requested course(s). (For registration Option B, ONLY!)

Step 5. Pay and Validate your bill. Tuition and fees for Distance Learning online and extension courses are paid to the Treasure's Office by using either of the following options:

Option A Students can pay in person. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Option B Via the Internet using Web for Students (also known as Aggie Access Online). Students must have their Banner ID Number and six-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN #) that you received from your advisor.

Note 1: You WILL NOT be able to apply for an NC A&T SU email account, access online courses, or attend extension courses until your bill has been paid and validated. Classes will be dropped DAILY once late registration begins if your account is not validated.

Once your bill has been paid and validated, please wait at least 24 hours before you move to Step 6. This allows the Banner Student Information System to update new information.

**Note 2: New Tuition Rates for Students Enrolled in Distance Learning Plus On-Campus Courses

Effective, Fall 2007, all Distance Learning (DL) sections will be charged by the hourly rate.  This means there is no limit to the tuition and fees a student will pay for DL or DL plus on-campus sections.  For all on-campus sections, there are no extra tuition or fees for taking more than 12 hours (Undergraduate; 9 or more for Graduate).  This is NOT true for schedules containing DL sections.  ALL DL sections will be charged to the student; therefore, any student taking 12 or more hours of on-campus sections (Undergraduate; 9 or more for Graduate) will pay full tuition and fees for the on-campus sections and will pay for each DL section.**

Step 6. Establish an NC A&T SU e-Mail Account. (Please skip this step if you already have an NC A&T SU e-Mail Account.)
