two offices and a large (6,000+ square foot) Multi-Purpose room. The MPR will have full audio visual
capabilities, concrete floor, 12 x 12 rollup door to allow for bringing in
large farm equipment and animals. It

·
A
& T paid frontage fee to county.
City refused to accept capacity use fee for water sewer
connection.
·
Approval
of CD from A&T was given to Designer 06/30/07. Designer submitted project to DOI
09/24/07. 10/18/07 DOI comments on CD
received 10/26/07. Designer will meet
with A&T by 02/9/08 to address DOI comments.
·
We
met with the designer 2-21-08 to review progress on developing design for
water/sewer connections with the city/county mains in the street. He is to report back by 2-25-08 for
approval to proceed and be ready with all paperwork for the city/county for
approval by 04-15-08.
·
We
now have to go through the City of Greensboro Total Review Commission (TRC)
because we will be attaching to the citys water main in the street. While TRC review is being done by the City
we will respond to all DOI questions. We are delaying this until we are sure
we can get bids and into construction within 6 months of DOI final approval.
·

annexation as declared previously.
·
Decision
made no annexation.
·
Meeting
held with the City to discuss TRC on 04/30/08.
·
Project
is temporarily on hold to resolve city water/sewer and annexation concerns. |
